I bought a set of 6 of these crystal wine glasses a little over a month ago. I have 3 left. For comparative purposes, I've been using the same set of regular cheap wine glasses from local supermarket for 2 years and haven't broken any. At first I thought that I had been careless, bumping the first two crystal glasses in just the right way to result in shattering (not just breaking, SHATTERING into hundreds of pieces). But the third crystal glass broke while I was gently washing the inside of it with a glass brush. It cracked in my hand, with a loud pop.I think that either this was bad batch, or that these fire, at $10 a crystal glass, are extremely overpriced for their 'disposable' nature.
