I got these because I stare at multiple computer screens all day and I tend to get headaches, sore, dry eyes, etc. and I thought that maybe these could help. As a side note, I do not wear glasses of any kind (other than sunglasses), so I was a little concerned that it would take some getting used to wearing them all day. After 3 full days of wearing them for at least 8 hours, I will say that these glasses are light and comfortable and have been easy to get used to. In regards to the blue-blocking, I do feel like I am having some positive effects from wearing these; its not a shocking difference, but maybe just enough to make my eyes hurt a little less at the end of the day. Overall, I like them and it was 5 bucks well spent.For outdoor use. Light weight & elegant.I chose a transparent frame. It looks good on me. The glasses are very light. I didn't have any pressure with it for a long time. I spend at least 10 hours in front of the computer every day, so these glasses are very useful to me. My eyes are much more comfortable. Dry eye symptoms are better. be careful! There are two glasses in the picture, which show the different angles of a pair of glasses. In fact, there is only one. After searching for it for a long time in the box, I realized that there was only one pair of glasses.Because there was picture of TWO glasses, I assumed I was getting two glasses. Instead just one. Haven't returned them. My youngest uses his regularly. My teenager appreciates them but forgets to wear them.Nice packaging, acceptable quality, comfortable and worked wellStyle and functionality, good if you spend time looking at monitors or screens.My son loves these, perfect for computer time and gamingI haven't used enough to tell if they help or not
